#Hiring Chief Technology Officer | Casino iGaming • Full-time • European Union (Remote) • Casino iGaming Industry Job description Our client, a key player in the iGaming industry, is developing a next-generation Casino gaming company that is revolutionizing slot games with cutting-edge technology—and we’re looking for a visionary CTO to lead all things tech from day one. 🌱 What You’ll Do: • Build and lead the tech team from scratch. • Define the tech roadmap and choose the optimal architecture. • Collaborate with the product, art, and business teams. • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform. • Oversee integrations with partners and platforms. • Attend occasional, sponsored business meetings in Barcelona. ✅ Key Requirements: • Applicants must live anywhere in the Europe Union • Proven experience with RGS (Remote Gaming Server) — either building one from scratch or integrating existing solutions. • 3+ years in technical leadership roles, working within the Casino/iGaming or slot games industry is a MUST. • Casino (Slot) games developer skills / expertise is a MUST. • Strong knowledge of game server architecture, infrastructure, and integrations with third-party services. • Experience leading cross-functional tech teams (frontend, backend, devops). • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (especially in iGaming). • Ability to work closely with product and creative teams to deliver top-tier game experiences. • Strong decision-making skills and a founder’s mindset.
