About the Role As an Analyst in the Centralized Research Group (CRG) - Debt Capital Markets (DCM), you’ll work closely with Asia teams on origination, structuring, and execution of debt transactions, gaining exposure to global markets and complex financial solutions. What you’ll do • Support deal origination and execution across Debt Capital Markets transactions • Prepare pitch books, proposals, and client-ready materials • Conduct financial modelling, credit analysis, and cash flow analysis • Perform industry, company, and macroeconomic research with due diligence • Assist in credit memos, internal reports, and transaction tracking Who you are • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, credit risk, or transaction advisory • CA or MBA with strong corporate finance and fixed income knowledge • Proficient in financial modelling, credit analysis, and data interpretation • Strong communication skills with the ability to create client-ready outputs • High attention to detail with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Apply Now: https://lnkd.in/d7c3pXYs If you’re looking to build a career in investment banking, credit markets, and global capital markets, this role offers deep exposure to how large-scale financing transactions are executed.
