📢 We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive business in the dynamic world of fintech. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: 🔸Drive active B2B sales of our services and products 🔸Build and manage relationships with clients and partners 🔸Lead negotiations across various channels 🔸Attract new clients and nurture existing ones 🔸Support customers with product-related consultations 🔸Prepare commercial proposals 🔸Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth integration processes 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: 🔸Proven experience in sales or business development within payments/fintech, especially in high-risk segments 🔸Strong understanding of market and industry trends (crypto experience is a big plus) 🔸Fluent/native English, both written and spoken 🔸Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 🔸Willingness to travel 🔸A strong network in the payments/fintech space 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿: 🔸A collaborative, international team 🔸A centrally located and comfortable office in Riga (Latvia) or Limassol (Cyprus) 🔸Hybrid work format 🔸Real opportunities to grow your skills and career Think you're a good fit?
