We are hiring country managers!🌍 Format: Remote Type: Full-time Industry: iGaming / Betting Location: South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Bangladesh), the MENA region (Egypt & Morocco), Turkey. 📌 Role Overview We’re hiring a Country Manager to scale our operations and partnerships across local markets. Your goal is to drive consistent growth through smart budget allocation, influencer integrations, and affiliate network expansion. 💼 Key Responsibilities ✔️Develop marketing and acquisition strategies tailored to geo’s; ✔️Manage budgets and optimize ROI across multiple channels; ✔️Build partnerships with local affiliates, media buyers, and influencers; ✔️Analyze performance data and market trends; ✔️Report results and meet growth KPIs. 🎯 Requirements ✅Experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate Marketing — required; ✅Understanding of markets and local traffic patterns; ✅Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams; ✅Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus). 💰 What We Offer Direct advertiser — no middlemen; Base salary + performance-based bonuses; Marketing budget under your management; Growth to Head of MENA Region. 📩 To apply: Send us your CV and Telegram handle via direct message.
