With a dynamic and innovative approach, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional gaming experience. About the Role: The Assistant Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide direct support to the Manager in administrative tasks, documentation, and day-to-day operational coordination. Requirements: - Proven experience as a An Assistant Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role;  - Fluency in Chinese; - Proficiency in MS Office and calendar/email tools;   - Excellent organizational and time-management skills;   - Strong written and verbal communication abilities;   - Discretion and confidentiality;   - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;  - Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules or priorities. Key Responsabilities: - Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements;  - Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;  - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive; - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and note-taking;   - Make personal arrangements, including restaurant bookings, shopping, and event planning;  - Manage expenses and prepare reports;   - Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the executive’s time is used efficiently;  - Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional manner;  - Run errands and assist with personal tasks as required.
