We're Hiring: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Location: Durban | Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? Love building dashboards that help teams make smarter decisions? We’re on the lookout for a BI Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping how we use data to drive the business forward. What You’ll Do: - Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models - Build and maintain ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources (internal and third-party) - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements - Translate business problems into analytical solutions and clear visualisations - Maintain and optimise our BI infrastructure for performance and reliability - Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all reporting layers What You Bring: - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in BI development, data analytics, or a related role - Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools - Advanced proficiency in SQL – querying, data manipulation, and optimisation - Solid understanding of ETL workflows, data warehousing, and data modeling - Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) - Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences - A proactive mindset – you don't just report on data, you tell stories with it - Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, well-organised data Bonus points if you have: - Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS or Azure) - Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting tools for data manipulation - Exposure to real-time data or streaming tools (e.g., Kafka, Apache Flink) - Industry experience in gambling, fintech, e-commerce Sound like you?
