Bingo Treasury Audit Clerk

VACANCY: BINGO TREASURY AUDIT CLERK (Gauteng & KZN) We’re looking for a professional, and skilled individual to be placed in the Bingo Treasury department at our Head Office branch in Gauteng & KZN Responsibilities: Reconciling and verifying all Bingo treasury audit transactions. Duties: Conduct daily bingo transaction verifications for accuracy on My Goldrush CMS, EBT Drop, EBT Cashiers (Payouts, Handpays, credit cards, free play and Jackpots)Bar Revenue (Cash sales, Bar credit cards and Discounts), CIT Banking ATM cash In amounts, Safe Reconciliation Petty Cash usage and verification of receipts Perform daily recons for Revenue and Expenses on My Goldrush CMS Identify any incorrect capturing on CMS by Site Managers and report to the Treasury Audit Manager to perform correctional adjustments Report to the Treasury Audit Manager of a fraudulent or misuse of cash at the site level. Review revenues recorded at the branch level are accurately reported by: Verifying all source documents against all system-generated revenue. Verifying all cash movements within the operations to ensure no fraudulent transactions occur Inform the Treasury Audit department of any inaccurate revenue recorded on gaming systems.
