The role will require the candidate to work with a designated number of Clubs, supporting them in the delivery of their Academy Performance Plan, providing support for Clubs to ensure the Academy experience is a positive one for all Academy Players. Our Football Development department delivers the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), aiming to develop more and better home-grown players and ensure positive outcomes for all Academy players, whether they turn professional or not.
