Join InnovaPlay as a B2B Account & Content Manager 🚀 InnovaPlay is growing, and we're looking for a client-focused professional to manage our B2B relationships and support content coordination for our iGaming partners. 📍 Location: Malta 💼 Role: B2B Account & Content Manager 🎯 Industry: iGaming / Sportsbook Technology What you'll do: 🤝 Account Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our B2B clients - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and day-to-day needs - Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service levels are consistently met - Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and cross-sell - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services 🚀 Client Onboarding & Go-Live Support - Guide new clients through the onboarding process from start to finish - Coordinate with development, compliance, product, and content teams to align on timelines and deliverables - Track project milestones and communicate progress to clients - Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding roadblocks - Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to live operations 🎮 Content Coordination & Brand Setup - Assist clients with content configuration for new brand launches - Liaise with internal and third-party providers to set up games, feeds, and promotional tools - Ensure all brand launches are on time, on brand, and fully compliant - Support ongoing content updates, optimisations, and campaign coordination post-launch - Work with clients to curate and tailor content offerings based on market needs What we're looking for: - 3+ years of experience in account management, client onboarding, or project coordination (iGaming experience is a strong plus) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - A problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude Why join us? - Be part of a growing iGaming technology company - Work with a collaborative, ambitious team - Real opportunity to shape the role and make an impact 📩 Send your CV to shaun@innovaplay.io or DM me for more info. #InnovaPlay #Hiring #iGamingJobs #AccountManager #ClientOnboarding #ContentManager #MaltaJobs #B2B
