If you’re the kind of person who’s already using Ai across ideation, editing, production, and workflow because it makes you faster and better, this role was built for you. What Mint is Mint is a next generation iGaming platform built at the intersection of crypto, community, progression, and real money gaming. We’re not a legacy casino with a token bolted on. We’re building a system where every user interaction compounds through XP, tiers, rewards, and an ecosystem designed around long term retention, not short term promo burns. Our audience is crypto native: Web3 gamblers, meme token traders, perp degens, and the broader internet native gaming crowd. The brand is sharp, fast, culturally fluent, and allergic to corporate mediocrity. We’re early stage, live in beta, and scaling. This is the phase where the team you join defines what the company becomes. What you’ll do • Produce high quality short form and mid form video content across social, paid, community, and product channels. • Use AI tools actively and practically across your workflow from concept generation and scripting to editing, motion, effects, and asset creation. • Work with existing Cinema 4D renders, brand assets, and design resources to produce content that feels premium and on-brand. • Create social promos, announcement visuals, campaign assets, and simple PR style creative when needed. • Move fast. Ship often. Maintain quality without letting perfectionism kill momentum. • Collaborate closely with the marketing, growth, and brand teams to align content with commercial objectives and campaign rhythms. • Stay current with Ai creative tooling, emerging formats, and what’s working across Web3 native content. • Have fun and enjoy what you do. What we’re looking for • Strong videography and video editing skills. You can shoot, cut, grade, and deliver. • Active, practical use of Ai tools across your creative process. Not theoretical interest actual daily use. • A sharp creative instinct. You’re funny, quick, and good at letting ideas flow without overthinking. • Speed without sloppiness. You can turn work around fast and it still looks considered. • Comfortable working with Cinema 4D assets / integrating 3D renders into video and visual content. • Able to produce statics, social assets, and simple visuals alongside video work. • Web3 native or deeply comfortable creating for crypto native audiences. You get the culture, the humour, and the references. • iGaming familiarity is a plus, but not essential. •  High standards for detail and finish.
