Zuko is a distinguished regulatory professional with deep expertise in gambling regulation, IT governance, and risk-based oversight. Currently leading the Audit and Compliance division at the ECGB, he oversees strategic units across law enforcement, responsible gambling, and regulatory systems. With an MPhil in IT Governance and internationally published research, Zuko has developed pioneering models such as the "Seven Commandments Model" for ethical conduct and the "Trust Calculus Model" for measuring regulatory integrity. His work is at the forefront of digital transformation in gaming control, focusing on systems audits, software approvals, and the mitigation of emerging threats in the gambling landscape.
