We’re seeking an exceptional Operations Director to serve as the right hand to our COO at Black Cow. A dynamic leader who will drive operational excellence while building the infrastructure and teams that will scale with us. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal growth stage where you’ll have genuine influence over how we operate, grow, and succeed. This role is initially highly hands-on due to our current size, but will evolve into broader strategic leadership as we scale. If you’re energised by building, optimising, and leading in a fast-paced environment, this is your role.
