Position Overview We are urgently seeking an experienced Investment Advisor with strong iGaming and venture capital (VC) background to help guide the strategic growth of our crash gaming portfolio. The ideal candidate understands the iGaming ecosystem, investment strategy, and scaling high-growth gaming products. This is a remote, contract-based position with the opportunity to work directly with leadership and influence the financial and strategic direction of a rapidly growing gaming portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute investment and growth strategies for Crash Universe’s portfolio of 100+ crash games. Identify and secure strategic investment opportunities, partnerships, and funding channels within the iGaming ecosystem. Advise on market expansion, monetization models, and portfolio scaling. Build relationships with venture capital firms, investors, and strategic partners. Conduct market analysis and financial forecasting for new game launches and platform expansion. Provide insights on industry trends, licensing opportunities, and regulatory landscapes. Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to align investment strategy with product growth. Requirements Proven experience in iGaming, online gambling, or gaming investment sectors. Strong background in venture capital, investment advisory, or strategic finance. Demonstrated experience scaling digital gaming portfolios or platforms. Deep understanding of crash games, casino game monetization, and global iGaming markets. Strong network within VC, gaming investors, or gaming operators. Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with high-growth gaming startups or gaming studios. Knowledge of crypto gaming, provably fair systems, or blockchain gaming.
