What you’ll do: • Collaborate with founders to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities. • Own top-of-funnel initiatives across Meta ads, content, and customer acquisition. • Drive revenue channels, partnerships, GTM, and expansion strategies. • Translate business vision into execution roadmaps and scalable systems. • Build dashboards, track performance, and generate actionable insights. Who you are: • 1–3 years of experience in startups, growth, consulting, operations, or similar roles. • Strong commercial thinking with high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. • Structured problem solver with strong analytical skills. • Exceptional communication and cross-functional ownership. • Ambitious, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
