Hiring Alert I LW3 Private Limited Founder’s Office. Delhi / Remote (Travel Required) | Full-time Competitive + ESOP LW3 Private Limited is building India’s digital infrastructure for compliant, circular, and trusted clean-energy supply chains. At the intersection of regulation, deep tech, trade, and climate. This role works directly with Abhijit Pegu (Founder & CEO), building what could become India’s digital backbone for clean-energy traceability. This is not a support role. This is a multiplier role. An extension of the founder across strategy, policy, partnerships, and execution. What you’ll do: • Convert regulatory shifts into structured action plans and drive company OKRs. • Support government and policy engagement through research, notes, and pilot proposals. • Build financial models, investor materials, and data rooms. • Structure partnerships, client pilots, and market expansion strategies. • Strengthen internal systems, reporting, and execution discipline. Who you are: • 2–6 years of experience in consulting, startups, policy, or finance. • Strong financial modelling and structured thinking skills. • Exceptional writing ability (policy + investor communication). • High ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity. • Willing to travel and operate in fast-moving environments. Bonus: Exposure to global climate, blockchain, or regulatory ecosystems. Experience working in India’s deep-tech landscape. - You won’t manage slides. - You’ll shape outcomes. - You’ll sit in policy rooms. - Investor meetings. - Strategic negotiations.
