With ₹1000+ crore GMV and strong internal cashflows, the company is scaling rapidly and has raised $5.5M+ from marquee global investors. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role. You will work directly with the founders and solve real business problems across growth, product, finance, and operations. If you want to build strong business thinking, execution discipline, and leadership skills early in your career, this role is for you. What you’ll do: • Drive execution of cross-functional projects and align teams across business, tech, finance, and growth. • Structure ambiguous problems and support leadership with data-driven decision-making. • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Identify process gaps and build scalable systems and workflows. • Track key metrics, initiatives, and performance across teams. Who you are: • Passionate about startups, ethical, and highly disciplined. • Strong structured problem-solving and business acumen. • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and ambiguity. • Strong stakeholder management and follow-through mindset. • Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn in fast-paced environments.
