What truly matters is execution, clarity, and follow-through. - This role sits at the centre of it all. - Working directly with founders. - Turning decisions into action. - Ensuring priorities move forward, not just conversations. What you will do: • Attend founder and leadership meetings and translate discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines. • Track strategic initiatives, pilots, and experiments from start to closure. • Build lightweight systems to create visibility and continuity across teams. • Follow up with functional heads and flag risks early. • Design and manage weekly and monthly MIS for leadership. • Create a single source of truth for investor communication and key documents. • Conduct market research, track competitors, grants, policies, and funding opportunities. • Prepare concise, decision-ready summaries and decks. Who you are: • Highly structured and detail-oriented. • Strong execution and follow-through mindset. • Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-moving environments. • Confident in driving accountability without formal authority. • High ownership with low ego. • Experience in Founder’s Office, strategy, consulting, or operations preferred. What success looks like: • Founder decisions tracked and closed consistently. • Leadership spends less time on follow-ups. • Clear, accurate MIS and centralised documentation. • Reduced execution slippage across teams.
