They are looking for a Founder’s Office professional to work closely with the founding team on strategy, execution, and operational excellence. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact decision-making in a fast-growing startup environment. What You’ll Do: - Support founders in strategic planning and execution of company priorities - Conduct research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking - Manage and track cross-functional initiatives across teams - Streamline processes and build systems to improve operational efficiency - Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic communication - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment - Lead special projects and high-priority initiatives - Ensure strong follow-ups and accountability across workstreams Who You Are: - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills - Experience in research, project management, and coordination - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills - Detail-oriented with a high ownership mindset - Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments - Adaptable, proactive, and execution-focused - Background in startups or leadership-facing roles preferred Why Join Resollect?
