Some of the notable updates are: ➡️ Belarus: On February 24, 2026, Belarus published amendments to lottery regulations that prohibit participation in electronic instant lotteries for people under 18 years old and for people who are not allowed to visit gambling establishments, virtual gambling establishments or participate in gambling ➡️ New York: On February 25, 2026, New York Attorney General Letitia James sued Valve Corporation, a video game developer, for illegally promoting gambling through video games.
