🔎 Prediction market roundup: Kalshi sues Utah, SOTU contract pays out In this week’s prediction market roundup, Kalshi has filed suit against Utah in a bid to block the state from shutting down its platform, as tensions between state regulators and federally regulated exchanges continue to build. ⚖️ The exchange is seeking an injunction, arguing its sports event contracts fall under the exclusive oversight of the CFTC rather than state gambling law.
