Product Owner / Project Manager

💡 IQ Soft Company is looking for motivated individuals with leadership skills to join our team and fulfill the role of Product Owner / Project Manager. This hybrid role combines product ownership and project delivery responsibilities, ensuring that product vision aligns with business objectives and that projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. Job responsibilities > Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog. > Coordinate and control work performance. > Understand the company product life cycle model thoroughly. > Manage and distribute tasks. > Prepare regular reports on the project. > Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. > Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories. > Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project planning, implement, pre-launch and post-launch, and create requirements (user stories, job stories, epics, etc.). > Keeping up-to-date on the project plan. > Work with team leads to coordinate backlog work. > Closely collaborate and participate in defining the product vision, road-map, product strategy, KPIs, and growth opportunities. > Work closely with other Project Managers to understand how areas of focus may impact or depend on other road maps. > Interact with other groups - Development, QA, Design, Sales Department.
