What You’ll Do: - Drive end-to-end strategic projects with direct founder visibility - Work across growth, product, pricing, operations, and brand initiatives - Build systems, frameworks, and processes as the organization scales - Conduct structured analysis to support decision-making - Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure strong execution - Take ideas from 0 → 1 and scale them 1 → 10 - Translate ambiguity into clear action and measurable outcomes - Help shape the long-term playbook for a design-first consumer brand Who You Are: - 1–3 years of experience in consulting (MBB or equivalent) or high-growth environments - Structured problem-solver with a builder’s mindset - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced settings - Strong analytical and communication skills - High ownership, speed, and attention to detail - Curious about design, consumer behavior, and product excellence Why Join NUUK?
