Looking for a high-impact Manager – Founder’s Office to work directly with the founders and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. What you’ll do • Drive strategic initiatives across growth, operations, partnerships, and new business opportunities • Work closely with the founders to translate vision into structured, actionable execution • Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tech • Build business cases, decks, and data-backed recommendations for leadership decision-making • Track execution, unblock challenges, and ensure end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects • Solve 0→1 and 1→10 problems as priorities evolve in a fast-paced environment   Who you are • High ownership and bias for action, you get things done • Strong analytical and structured thinking with problem-solving depth • Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders across teams • Comfortable working in ambiguity and switching contexts rapidly • Energetic, proactive, and excited by high-growth startup environments • Passionate about building for Bharat and creating real-world impact Why this role This is a front-row seat to scaling a fintech platform solving real problems at scale.
