Now Hiring: General Manager ☀️ 🌴 This dynamic role will be responsible for the performance, growth, and profitability of our casino portfolio, including PlayUSA and Gaming Today. 👇 What you will be doing: -Full P&L responsibility for casino products, including revenue growth, cost control, and EBITDA performance -Set and execute a clear strategic roadmap, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth -Lead cross-functional squads spanning content, SEO, product, commercial, CRO, and brand -Drive execution through OKRs, operating cadence, and performance-tracking -Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations in the online gaming and affiliate space -Coach, develop, and support leaders and team members across the organization 🙌 What you will need: -7+ years of leadership experience in digital media, affiliate marketing, or online gaming -Strong execution with a track record of results -Ownership mentality -Commercial and operational acumen, and the ability to own P&L and forecasting performance -Strong understanding of SEO, content-led growth, and performance marketing ecosystems.
