Behind every cohort, every event, every hiring mandate, and every introduction… There’s a small team working closely with the founders. Now, we’re looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office layer. Not as a spectator, but as a builder. What this role will involve - Driving events end-to-end, from idea to execution - Building and nurturing our founder, mentor, and fellow community members - Managing hiring mandates and talent conversations across the ecosystem Who would be a great fit - Someone with hands-on experience in hiring (College placement cell experience is a big plus) - Strong communication skills - community building is about real conversations - High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment - Someone who doesn’t just execute tasks, but thinks alongside the founders Why this role is different, as you won’t just be managing spreadsheets or sending emails.
