This is not a coordination role. This is a high-ownership, high-impact Founder’s Office role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and likes turning ambiguity into action. 📍 Location: Jaipur (On-site) 🕒 Type: Full-time What you’ll do - Act as the founder’s execution partner, owning outcomes across key priorities - Manage client accounts post-sale and ensure smooth, on-time delivery - Work across internal teams and clients to drive projects to completion, not just follow up - Translate client requirements into clear creative directions and execution plans using AI tools - Track timelines, priorities, and risks, and resolve issues proactively - Support growth, marketing, and strategic initiatives directly with the founder - Bring structure to fast-moving workflows through clear processes, trackers, and follow-ups Who you are - A high-ownership executor who takes responsibility and closes loops - Comfortable working in ambiguity and startup-style environments - Strong communicator who can confidently handle clients and internal teams - Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure - Curious and hands-on with AI tools, creative workflows, and new systems - Someone who enjoys building things from scratch and learning fast Why this role - Work directly with the founder and see how real businesses are built - High exposure across execution, clients, growth, and strategy - Steep learning curve and real responsibility from day one - Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling AI startup If you’re someone who does, not just discusses, this role is for you.
