QA Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Manager at Wozo Gaming! Location: Remote Experience: 12+ years total experience, with 5-6 years in Casino / igaming domain. Employment type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the highest quality for our live and upcoming game titles. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to shape the QA function in a fast-growing gaming studio. Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Lead and mentor a remote QA team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality. ⦁ Establish and maintain QA processes, test plans, and standards for all game releases. ⦁ Oversee functional, regression, performance, API, and automated testing to ensure release readiness. ⦁ Collaborate with development, product, design, blockchain, and live-ops teams to align on quality goals. ⦁ Track and report QA metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and cycle efficiency. ⦁ Manage team workload, resource planning, and capacity. ⦁ Conduct risk assessments and support go/no-go release decisions. ⦁ Ensure smooth handovers and knowledge transfer within the team. ⦁ Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous quality improvements. ⦁ Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and gaming industry best practices. Required Qualifications: ⦁ 12+ years of overall QA experience, with 5-6 years preferably in gaming (casino, casual, or live-service titles). ⦁ Proven experience managing or leading a QA team. ⦁ Experience working with Esteem cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3-based applications. ⦁ Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and test planning. ⦁ Hands-on experience with essential QA tools, including JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Jenkins/GitLab CI. ⦁ Ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases. ⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. ⦁ Excellent communication skills for working with remote, cross-functional teams. ⦁ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: ⦁ Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium). ⦁ Familiarity with performance testing tools and CI/CD pipelines. ⦁ Knowledge of live operations QA, including hotfix validation and post-release monitoring. ⦁ Understanding of casino mechanics, RNG, RTP, and game economy logic. ⦁ Exposure to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. ⦁ Passion for gaming and interactive entertainment. 📩Interested?
