At EagleSight, we are building the next generation of computer vision for large-scale venues, and we’re looking for two Forward Deployed Software Engineers to join us in Las Vegas. These are rare hybrid roles for builders who love the balance of deep technical work and real-world operations. You’ll get the focus time of a remote role combined with the energy of deploying your work directly to customer sites throughout Las Vegas. The Roles: Field-First Hybrid → Head-Down: Work from your home office when you're building features and training models → Hands-On: Travel to local customer sites (hotels, casinos) to deploy hardware, optimize edge performance, and see your code in action → Local: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV We are #hiring: 1. Forward Deployed Engineer (Machine Learning) → Bridge the gap between research and production → Focus: TensorRT, ONNX, and optimizing low-latency inference on the edge 2.
