Freelance Consultant / Expert – Data Enrichment & Audience Targeting (iGaming focus) We’re looking for a high-level expert or consultant with hands-on experience in data enrichment, fingerprinting, and custom audience targeting — ideally within the iGaming, gray niches, or high-scale programmatic marketing environments. What we have: A large dataset of active casino players across multiple GEOs (millions of users). Fingerprinting capabilities (primarily IP + user agent). Ability to launch campaigns via DSPs, Facebook, and other paid traffic sources. What we need: Deep analysis of data enrichment strategies — we suspect that the IP + user agent combo alone is not accurate enough and want to validate this. A breakdown of how similar targeting approaches were successfully executed in gambling or other relevant industries: What data was used? What enrichment methods/platforms were applied? What systems/channels were used to activate audiences? Goals: Understand best practices and technical limitations. Learn from real case studies or your own experience with similar targeting pipelines. Apply working solutions to optimize and scale our user acquisition strategy. Ideal profile: Experience with DSPs / DMPs / CDPs / AdTech platforms. Hands-on expertise with custom audiences, fingerprinting, and probabilistic targeting. Worked in iGaming, affiliate marketing, nutra, or other high-volume user acquisition verticals. Understands how to enrich and activate raw traffic data (IP, UA, Device ID, etc.) for paid traffic.
