Job Title: Senior Unity Developer (3D, UI, Input & Optimization) 📍 Remote | Full-Time | Gaming We're looking for a Senior Unity Developer with a strong grasp of 3D scene management, UI animation, input systems (keyboard/mouse/controller), audio integration, and real-time performance optimization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and polishing the full interactive layer of our Unity-based game/application from responsive UI transitions and immersive audio to smooth input handling and GPU/CPU-friendly 3D environments. 🎯Key Responsibilities -Design and implement high-quality UI/UX animations using Unity's animation tools and Timeline. -Integrate and optimize 3D assets, scenes, lighting, and shaders to ensure stable frame rates across platforms. -Build flexible input systems for keyboard, mouse, and gamepad using the new Unity Input System. -Implement and balance sound design, from SFX to ambient and interactive audio triggers. -Profile and optimize CPU/GPU performance using Unity Profiler, Memory Profiler, and custom tools. -Work closely with designers and technical artists to deliver polished, responsive, and intuitive user experiences. -Manage asset memory usage, LOD setups, occlusion culling, and batching strategies for smooth gameplay. 🧰Requirements -4+ years of experience with Unity 3D (C#) -Proven track record in building interactive 3D user interfaces and menus -Experience with Unity’s new Input System, Animator, and Timeline -Familiarity with audio engine integration (Unity Audio, FMOD, or Wwise) -Deep understanding of rendering pipeline optimization, mobile/PC platform constraints, and Unity Profiler tools -Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a creative, iterative environment ✅Nice to Have -Experience in VR/AR interaction systems -ShaderGraph or HLSL knowledge -Experience collaborating with 3D artists and animators in a production pipeline 🧩What We Offer -Fully remote role with flexible hours -A collaborative, fast-paced team with strong technical ownership -Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and project crypto token #Unity #Unity3D #GameDeveloper #GameDesign #BlockchainJob #Web3
