Job Title: Senior Blockchain Developer (Smart Contracts & Protocol Engineering) |📍Remote | Full-Time | We’re hiring a Senior Blockchain Developer to design, audit, and deploy secure, scalable smart contract systems across EVM-compatible chains. You’ll take ownership of protocol architecture, contract logic, and on-chain/off-chain interactions. 🎯Key Responsibilities -Architect, develop, and maintain smart contracts -Ethereum and L2 networks -Implement gas-efficient logic, upgradeable contract patterns (UUPS, Proxy), and custom EVM modules. -Lead end-to-end contract testing, fuzzing, formal verification, and CI for on-chain deployments. -Design on-chain/off-chain messaging workflows using oracles, relayers, event listeners, and Web3 APIs. -Collaborate with backend engineers for contract indexing, data pipelines, and event handling. -Work on cross-chain bridging, staking contracts, token standards (ERC20/721/1155/4626/7702 etc.), and DAO frameworks. -Stay ahead of blockchain security trends, participate in audits, and patch vulnerabilities proactively. 🧰 Requirements -7+ years of experience in blockchain development -Expert-level Solidity and master at frameworks like Foundry and Hardhat -Deep understanding of gas optimization, contract storage patterns, and EVM internals -Strong command of blockchain security (reentrancy, front-running, access control, flash loan risks) -Experience with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect), Web3.js, and Ethers.js -Expert at L2 protocols, rollups, bridges, and zero-knowledge systems ✅ Nice to Have -Experience writing or integrating Subgraphs (The Graph) -Familiarity with Move, Cairo, or Rust-based chains (Sui, Aptos, Starknet) -Exposure to DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, or DAO tooling -Past audit reports or bug bounty submissions (please include) 🧩 What We Offer -A fully remote, async-friendly engineering culture -Competitive salary + token equity + performance bonuses -Chance to build in a high-impact Web3 product with real users and ecosystem traction #Solidity #SmartContract #Ethereum #EIP #ERC #Blockchain #Hiring
