🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (TypeScript / Node.js) 📍 Remote | Full-Time | Competitive Compensation We are expanding our core engineering team and are looking for an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer with advanced expertise in TypeScript and Node.js. If you are passionate about event-driven systems, distributed architecture, and scalable API design, we would love to meet you. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of complex backend systems and work closely with cross-functional teams in a modern, cloud-native environment. Key Responsibilities -Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using TypeScript / Node.js -Design and implement robust event-driven architectures using NATS, Kafka, and WebSocket -Build developer-friendly SDKs for internal and external integration use cases -Develop scalable and secure REST/gRPC APIs -Collaborate on deployment pipelines using CI/CD best practices -Work closely with DevOps to ensure reliability and scalability on Kubernetes/Docker environments -Use Redis and other caching/message systems for performance optimization -Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor engineers on backend best practices ✅ What We’re Looking For -7+ years of professional experience in backend engineering -Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js -Deep experience in event-driven systems, message queues, and distributed systems -Strong hands-on experience with: -NATS, Kafka, WebSocket -Kubernetes, Docker, Redis -CI/CD tools and automated pipelines -Strong track record in API design and SDK development -Solid understanding of software design principles, scalability, and clean code 🌟 Nice to Have -Experience in real-time platforms (e.g. gaming, fintech, streaming) -Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architectures -Contribution to open-source projects or developer tools 🎯 What We Offer -A modern engineering culture with autonomy, ownership, and trust -Remote-first, flexible working environment -Competitive compensation and benefits -A technically driven team solving complex challenges at scale 📩 If you're ready to take your career to the next level and work on cutting-edge backend systems, we’d love to connect. directly.
