#CareerOpportunity | Creditors Clerk (x2) Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Job Reference: S2513 Are you detail-oriented with a strong accounting background? We’re looking for two (2) Creditors Clerks to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, timely payments, and effective creditor account management. Requirements: • Grade 12 • Accounting / Bookkeeping Diploma or Degree • 2–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role • Experience with accounting systems (SAGE or similar) • Strong organisational and communication skills Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage creditors age analysis reports • Process supplier invoices and payments in line with company policies • Ensure purchase order controls and accruals are accurately recorded • Maintain accurate cashbook and balance sheet accounts • Keep supplier databases and documentation up to date • Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions • Prepare weekly and monthly creditor activity reports Working Conditions: • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Requires strong time management and prioritisation skills Salary: Market-related (experience and qualifications dependent) Ready to grow your finance career?
